Production Process & Shipping Timeline

From cutting to delivery, we manage each step efficiently with strict quality control to ensure your orders are shipped on time worldwide.

Step 1: Cutting

We start by ordering fabric from trusted suppliers. After it arrives, we perform pre-shrinking and quality checks. Then, the fabric is cut into precise pieces for production.

Step 2: Printing & Embroidery

Logos and graphics are printed or embroidered directly onto the cut fabric pieces. Each design is carefully checked to ensure accuracy and quality.

Estimated time: 2–4 days

Step 3: Sewing

Once all components—like logos, patches, and labels—are ready, we sew the cut pieces and accessories together to form the complete garment.

Step 4: Ironing

Ironing is a key step to enhance the garment’s appearance. It smooths out wrinkles and gives the clothing a clean, professional look.

Step 5: Quality Control

Each garment is inspected one by one by our QC team, covering fabric, graphics, stitching, and accessories to ensure it meets high-quality standards.

Step 6: Cut Extra Thread

Before packing, we trim any remaining threads inside and outside of each garment to ensure a neat finish.

Step 7: Packing

Each item is packed in a plastic bag, then grouped into cartons of 20–100 pieces, depending on the order size.

Fabric Check

We inspect all fabric before cutting and carry out a pre-shrink process to reduce shrinkage after washing. This prevents fabric-related issues early on.

Print & Embroidery Inspection

All prints and embroidery are individually checked before sewing to ensure flawless results.

Size Check

Our QC team measures every detail—neck width, chest, length, even small components—to make sure each piece matches the size chart.

Clean Finish

Before packing, we remove all loose threads inside and out to keep the garments clean and neat.
